The Challenge- Often, businesses have documents or presentations that are stored in a wide variety of forms. Employees often find it difficult to find these documents when they are needed. Carrying large numbers of paper documents while travelling is tedious and often the needed document is the one left behind. Distribution of a large number of presentations can be difficult if they are on separate disks. The Solution- DDM can create utility programs that will allow users to view a wide variety of documents from one easily carried CD.  Powerpoint presentations, Word documents, Spreadsheets, AutoCad drawings and Adobe Acrobat files can be viewed and printed from one easy to use interface, precluding the need to sort through diskettes and lug paper documents.
